Position Summary:
The Instructor for The Academy at Tommy Nobis Center is an
integral part of our TNC programming and provides accelerated
vocational education, training, and employment to young adults
with disabilities who are transitioning out of High School and
into the work environment. The Instructor is responsible for
delivering curriculum specific to Social Skills for employment
success, Vocational Skills, and the integration of Community-based
work. This role is also responsible for coordinating services with
participants and their family members, community employers, and
other key team members. The Instructor at The Academy is a
full-time position focused on year-round services.
